Investors may not always have the time for any operational management of the companies in which they invest, and may take comfort in having an independent executive working with the existing management.

We do not wish to be seen as internal auditors, but rather as an integral part of the internal control framework. In addition, we believe that it is important to provide regular objective communications to lenders and investors.
